VARIOUS TYPES AND MAIN COMPONENTS OF SPIRAL FEEDERS

• There are 2 types of spiral feed bins according to feed capacities, 90 kg and 170 kg. Feed bins in desired capacities provide excellent feed distribution to feeding lines.
• Spiral feeding bin is also available as double outlet to be installed in the center of the poultry house. The upper part of the bin has a sheet thickness of 1 mm, and the lower part has a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm. The coatings are 275 gr/m2.
• The spiral pipe is made of 1.2 mm thick sheet and is galvanized with a coating of 275 gr/m2. The nail on it prevents feed loss by preventing the feeders from rotating.
• The switch at the end of the spiral feeding line automatically stops the motor when all feeders are filled. When the feed in the feeders decreases, the motor automatically starts working again.
• Thanks to the locking system in the feed bins, the upper part of the bin can be easily separated from the lower part, allowing the system to be raised up to the ceiling. This way, the feeders can be raised to maximum height, and the litter can be cleaned easily.
• In order to save energy, in broiler houses, especially during the chick period, the feeding line is not used completely, and the chicks are gathered in a specific area. With the help of intermediate stoppers placed in the area during this period, feed going to the area where the animals are not present is prevented, ensuring the feed stays fresh and preventing feed wastage.
• The spiral feeding system works flawlessly up to 150 meters.
• The feeding system motor provides high performance with its special design.

Kemer

The winged part in the middle of the belt feeder prevents animals from lying in the feeder, ensuring the feed stays clean. The conical shape in the center of the table provides even distribution of the feed. The windows on the easily lockable feeder allow for control of the lock.

Feeder section and features

• The feeder upper part, which is mounted by sliding over the pipe nail, provides easy installation.
• Feed wastage is prevented by the curves on the table. The feeder, consisting of 4 parts, can be easily disassembled and reassembled.
• Thanks to the feeder hub consisting of 5 levels, the feed level can be easily adjusted according to the age of the animal.
• The table height allows chicks to easily access the feeders during the chick period.

Kaş – Belek

Tavsan Belek feeder, with its 14-armed design, provides convenience in feeding. Also, the Kaş feeder with 10 arms and wider gaps offers all the advantages of the Belek feeder in egg layer, breeding, duck, and longer-term broiler houses.

The balance between the table height in the basement feeders and the distance between the grids allows chicks to easily access the feeders during the chick period.
