Cage Details
The Enrichable Breeding Cage system, designed with all legs at 122.8 cm. has been manufactured from 2mm thick galvanized sheet. The Enrichable Breeding Cage System is designed to be suitable for all weather conditions in the world. The system is produced from galvanized sheets with a minimum galvanizing coating of 275 gr/m², and all metal parts are produced for different categories and their durability according to humidity levels anywhere in the world has been tested by expert engineers.
Cage Feeding System
It is suitable for both chain and mobile channel feeding. The feed utilization rates have been tested for both systems and they operate with high efficiency. Each unit and compartment has a feeding channel that is 1228 mm long. These channels allow 30 one-day-old chicks to feed at the same time.
Cage Irrigation System
The nipple lines are 22 x 22 mm PP square tubed, with 4 pieces of 360° broiler nipples and droppers under the nipples in each section. All nipples are made of stainless steel. The irrigation system is combined with regulators.
Cage Fertilizer Delivery System
The Enriched Aquaculture Cage System has a higher chance of longevity with top quality (PP) polypropylene manure and egg transfer belts.
