Plastic Nipple

At a horizontal distance of 20 cm, the flow rate of water in the steel nipple ranges from 30-40 cm³/min. Vertically, it is 70-80 cm³/min. The key feature of a steel nipple that can provide water flow is that it is made of high-quality steel. Alternatively, in nipple irrigation units, a “plastic nipple” can also be used.

A plastic nipple with the same water flow rate distinguishes itself from a steel nipple by its high-quality plastic outer surface protecting pin. Steel and plastic nipple irrigation units are also available with a single-arm dripper.

The nipples used in nipple irrigation systems are made of high-quality stainless steel. With high-quality raw materials used for plastic parts, the system is long-lasting. Thanks to the special pin used, water is obtained in the most efficient way.

Steel Nipple

Nipples used in the TavSan nipple watering system are made of high-quality stainless steel. The quality of the materials used in the plastic components ensures durability.

The wide bore of the valve system provides optimal water supply.

Nipples proven to be efficient in layers and breeding animals are made of stainless steel. The “upper nipple tip” has a flow rate of 30-40 cm3/min sideways and 70-80 cm3/min upwards: All flow rates are valid for a 20 cm water column.

Manometer for controlling water pressure at the inlet and outlet

By-pass valves for disabling the Dosatron when needed

Features

Water pressure regulator: Ensures an adequate amount of water by adjusting the water pressure.

Slope regulators: Can be easily used in cages with slopes of 10cm, 15cm, and 20cm.

Valved line end: This product, attached to the end of the nipple drinker line, allows monitoring of the water pressure in the line. It is also used to empty the water from the line.

Coupled line end: The unit attached to the line ends ensures the system works fully automatic and touch-free.

Mixer: With the mixer used in cages, a balanced and desired mixture of vitamins and medications for the animals is provided in the drinking water.

Pressure regulator with actuator for automatic flushing

The optional screw-in actuator allows automatic flushing of the drinker line: The LUBING flush control „LCW Touch Control“ switches successively, the actuators, which open the integrated flush valve of the pressure regulator Optima E-Flush. The required voltage is provided by LCW controller uniformly in 24 V DC. The cable length of the actuators of 7.5 m ensures a flexible handling. The manual flushing remains possible also with actuator.
