Cage Details
All system legs are designed as 2 mm. in the Rabbit Enrichable Layer Chicken Cage System, and each sheet metal used in the system has a minimum 275 gr/m2 galvanized coating. Based on this foundation, different material ranges in terms of quality and quantity have been designed for various climates and regions of the world. Developed against rust, the Rabbit Enrichable Layer Chicken Cage System will last for many years in every region of the world and operate with high efficiency.
Tavsan Cage Feeding System
The 64 cm feeder side of the Rabbit Enriched Layer Hen Cage System provides comfortable feeding for 7 out of 10 Tavsan at the same time. With the accurately sensitive feed adjustment device on the feed trolley, there is no feed loss, and with the added timing device, feeding can be done 6 times a day. The feed trolleys feed in a synchronized manner, and the entire system is automatically managed from the control panel. Additionally, we have designed and developed a Chain Feeding system for our customers’ high efficiency.
Cage Irrigation System
The irrigation system consists of a pressure-adjustable reservoir. PP nipple pipes of 22×22 mm carry water to stainless steel nipples. There are 3 nipples per eye on both sides. Under each nipple line, there is a “V” water channel of the same length.
Cage Egg Collection System
The egg collection system is designed with plastic tubes and curved to minimize the risk of hidden cracks and egg breakage. The independent design of the lower mesh wire and its specific alignment to the components of the cage eliminates the risk of eggs getting stuck in the lower mesh wire, preventing dirty, broken, and cracked eggs.
Cage Manure Conveying System
The manure conveying system uses a reducer system equipped with a planetary gear system, carrying 1.5 times more torque than the cam gear reducers used in existing cages, providing great convenience in usage.
