Cemalettin Bilgin – Chairman of the Board
I started my professional career in 1969. In 1975, we realized the establishment of TAVSAN and achieved the first hanging water bottle production in our country. Then, the products diversified, the number of employees increased, the workshop turned into a factory, and the factory transformed into modern production facilities. The effort put in yielded the fruit of hard work. Our investments in human resources, technology, and R&D have always taken us one step ahead in the sector. Producing industry firsts has always excited us.
TavSan has grown over the years and has become one of Turkey’s leading poultry equipment manufacturers. During the economic crises in the country, we turned to exports. Today, we are able to sell to more than 50 countries worldwide. Bringing foreign exchange to our country has been a source of pride for us.
We started our work in a small workshop, and now we continue in our modern facilities that are institutionalized with completed technological infrastructure. We have certified our quality, which is our most important focus in production, with international ISO 9001:2015 for both production and service. We have always stood behind our products. We have provided uninterrupted support services in sales and after-sales. We have become a brand that focuses on quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and rapidly advances on the path of globalization.
TavSan, much like Turkey, is a young, dynamic, enthusiastic, and progressive organization with unlimited energy within. TAVSAN’s strength, like Turkey, comes from believing in itself and working hard. In our adventure that we started with very few people, today, with our quality and wide range of products, we are a big family with our specialized team that believes in success. Our experienced and dynamic team that embraces our corporate understanding and aims for quality production allows us to look hopefully towards the future.
As the TavSan Family, we have very big goals for the future: “To become a global brand and a company that not only Turkey but the world also recognizes. As we achieve this, we aim to elevate both TavSan and the Turkish Poultry Sector to the top. By increasing our exports further, earning more foreign exchange for our country, gaining trust worldwide with our quality, representing the Turkish Industry, increasing our production capacity, and providing employment opportunities that will make educated young generations happy.”
We embarked on a journey in 1975 to introduce our brand at home and abroad, and proudly wave our flag. We aimed to contribute to the development of Turkish Poultry and have come a long way. For us, the goal is not the final destination but a stop along the way. At each stop, we set new goals aiming to “take our brand higher, increase employment, and showcase that industrial production at world standards is also done in our country.”
Success in achieving goals is through teamwork. Believing in success and working hard are crucial. I have never lost this belief from the very beginning and have seen the results. Now, I am experiencing the joy and pride of seeing the belief in the TavSan brand in all our team members and customers, from R&D to production, from sales to service.
